What's worse? Having absolutely nothing to do at work and being incredibly bored? Or being totally slammed with the world's most boring project? Imagine the most boring and tedious thing you could do, and then multiply that by a billion, then work a whole week of 12-hours days, doing nothing but that boring tedious thing. That is sort of like what I'm dealing with right now.

Every morning I wake up and lie in bed wondering what would happen if I just didn't go into work. What would the absolute worst case scenario would be? How many days would I not have to show up until I got fired? Then I remember that this project can't last forever and that things overall are changing, just very very slowly.

I've turned into one of those people who are just working for the weekend.
