Oh gag. I just had to empty one of our mousetraps. It had a dead stiff icky dead mouse in it. Yuck.

Yes, we have vermin here. The infestation has tapered off a bit, for a while we were getting one to two mice a day. Today's victim is the first one we've gotten in a couple of weeks. I was hoping we had descimated the mouse population in our house, but I guess I was wrong. I was against the violent killing mouse traps, but I was outvoted when the "humane & nice" traps didn't work for shit. Part of the deal was that it is not my job to empty them. But it's either suck it up and do the gross creepy job and empty the mouse trap or leave the mouse carcus in the laundry room for the next three days until "the man" gets home.
