Happy Easter!

And yes, I made this cake. My original plan was to make the insides out of red velvet cake, but someone mentioned that it might be traumatic to some of the small children at dinner. Both the cake and the frosting were made from scratch, which means I unnecessarily stressed myself out Sunday morning and bitched at anyone who came within 3 feet of the kitchen.

Next year, I want to make this cake for dinner.
