When I'm surfing the web, I usually go to the same places, blogs, message boards, whatever. Sometimes, however, I like to break out of my rut and go to message boards that are so out of my scope of life, that I can't even relate. Today, I've been lurking at some teen mother boards. Yeeeessscccchhh... It's like a soap opera over there. And it's oddly fascinating. But, I'm not going to link to it, because they get reaaaalllly touchy there. I've been following their activities, and whenever another site would say something slightly less than complimentary about them, they will descend on the offending site like sales guys at a open bar. It's impressive, but most of time, the offending site isn't even saying anything that bad. [*coughoverreactingcough*] Like, if I said, being a single teen mom is not the ideal way to have kids, and I linked their site, I'd have 4000 overly emotional teenage girls leaving me comments about how I was "just jealous" and "too ugly to get a man to get me pregnant." I don't think I could handle that kind of abuse during the holidays...
